Am I eligible for PACE?

The basic criteria for enrolling in PACE is listed below. If you are uncertain about meeting the state of Kansas criteria for nursing home level of care, the PACE Intake Coordinator can assist you in this at no cost to you.

• You must be 55 years of age or older.
• You must live in one of the following counties: Shawnee, Douglas, Jackson, Jefferson, Osage, Pottawatomie or Wabaunsee.
• You must meet the state of Kansas criteria for nursing home level of care.
• You are able to live safely in the community when you join with the help of PACE services.
