YOUTH CORPS

OBJECTIVES

  * To build and provide volunteer assistance at Midland Care.

* To teach compassion and selfless giving to children and youth.

* To offer an open, learning environment in the areas of grief, loss, end of life rituals and gerontology.

* To offer youth companionship to Midland Care patients and clients.

* To grow youth volunteers into adult volunteers.

* To introduce youth to health-related careers.
