Here is what you can expect with the first phone call:
When you speak with our nurses, they will ask you questions about
- what concerns you have
- if you are calling for yourself or for somebody else
- a brief overview of what has taken place that prompted you to call
- your name and phone number
Our promise to you - we will schedule a face to face meeting the same day you call.
The admissions nurse will come to your place of residence or office to discuss health care service options that Midland Care can provide.
In many instances, we will be able start the care the same day.
